Agincourt to Orleans 1415-1429
This range will cover the armies of North Western Europe during the height of the Hundred Years War. During this period ‘White Armour’ (full plate) was becoming the norm for the well off nobility, commanly worn without a jupon or any other heraldic covering, especially in England. Saying that, lesser nobility were still using ‘dated’,less fashionable armour. The shield was becoming obsolete in the field due to the armour being more complete, combined with the increased use of polearms which needed both hands to wield.
